Bogle Fund Platform Overvies

The Flagship Fund ($BOGLE)

The Bogle Flagship Fund, trading under the ticker $BOGLE, serves as the genesis token and foundational asset of the entire platform. Token ownership directly represents proportional ownership of the fund and all its underlying asset holdings. The Flagship Fund operates as the core holding vehicle for all current and future baskets launched on the platform.

The Mother of All Ownership

The Flagship Fund maintains strategic positions across the entire Bogle ecosystem through an automated ownership allocation system:

  • 45% ownership of all native Bogle funds

  • 5% ownership of all third-party user-created funds

These ownership percentages are transferred immediately and automatically to the Flagship Fund whenever new funds are created, ensuring continuous exposure to platform growth.

Native Bogle Funds

Bogle plans to launch multiple native funds with initial focus on themed asset baskets around real-world assets. The first launched fund is the Bogle Timepiece/Jewelry Fund ($BOGTJ), which holds assets related to luxury watches and jewelry.

Native Fund Token Distribution

For each native Bogle fund, token allocation follows a structured approach:

  • 45% issued directly to the Flagship Fund

  • 45% sold to the public at discounted market value

  • 10% reserved for seeding token liquidity

Third-Party User Funds

The platform enables users to create their own funds with specific requirements and flexibility:

Token Distribution Requirements

  • 5% must be issued directly to the Flagship Fund

  • 10% must be allocated for seeding token liquidity

  • Up to 85% may be sold to the public at market value

Users retain full ownership and control over the liquidity for their tokens, providing creators with ongoing revenue opportunities.

Platform Revenue Model

Transaction Fees

All tokens issued through the Bogle platform are subject to a 1.5% buy/sell tax on transactions. This tax structure serves as the primary revenue mechanism for both the platform and fund creators.

Fee Distribution for Native Funds

  • 1% used to acquire additional assets for the respective basket

  • 0.5% allocated to platform and operational costs

Fee Distribution for User-Launched Funds

  • 1% added directly to creator earnings for discretionary use

  • 0.5% retained by Bogle platform for operational support

Fair Launch Exception

The genesis $BOGLE Flagship Fund operates under fair launch mechanics and is exempt from the standard buy/sell tax structure, ensuring equal access for all initial participants.

Platform Benefits

This structure creates a self-reinforcing ecosystem where the Flagship Fund benefits from the success of all platform activity, while providing users with the flexibility to create and monetize their own fund concepts. The automated ownership allocation ensures that $BOGLE holders maintain exposure to the platform's growth while supporting both native and user-generated investment opportunities.
